Customer relations refers to the strategies and processes a business uses to build and maintain positive relationships with its customers. This involves addressing customer needs, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Effective customer relations can lead to increased loyalty, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth for a company. Professionals in customer relations often work in customer service, support, or account management roles, serving as the main point of contact between the business and its customers.
