Title: Customer Marketing & Operations

ROLE PURPOSE:

Support customer marketing and operations for the West Private retail business, helping translate brand/channel plans into customer-ready execution, operational coordination, and follow-through with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate customer marketing, reporting and operational execution for the West account portfolio.
  • Support and maintain customer activation calendars, customer materials, samples/assets, promotional logistics, launch readiness, and execution trackers.
  • Support with inventory reports & communication to KAMs and key stakeholders
  • Partner with KAMs, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Supply, Finance, and customer teams to resolve issues and keep plans on track.
  • Monitor execution milestones, service issues, data inputs, compliance requirements, and customer follow-up actions.
  • Prepare performance updates, customer meeting materials, action logs, and operational reports.
  • Support translation of brand and channel plans into field/customer execution
  • Identify process improvements that improve customer service, execution discipline, and cross-functional clarity.

Key Outputs:

  • Customer marketing execution calendar and operations trackers for West.
  • Customer materials, launch/activation support documents, and status reports.
  • Action logs, issue trackers, and cross-functional follow-up summaries.
  • Performance snapshots and execution scorecards.
  • Improvement recommendations for customer service and field-to-market execution.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of customer marketing, sales operations, sales support, commercial operations, or project coordination experience.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, customer materials, data, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Experience in retail, beverage alcohol, CPG, customer service, or regulated channels preferred.
  • Comfort working with sales teams, marketing teams, and operational partners.

Compensation Range: $57,750.00 CAD - $96,250.00 CAD
