Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-facing individual responsible for the end-to-end project management of CRM campaigns specifically within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and initiatives. This role will serve as the connective tissue between Marketing, Creative, Product, and Development to deliver project excellence across the client's CRM ecosystem.

The Senior Project Manager will have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief through to production to ensure CRM and digital projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. You will help lead project schedules, resources, and workflows on a variety of CRM related initiatives such as email programs, customer journey builds, and campaign optimization while supporting broader production needs like web assets and digital content.

You'll bring a strong operational mindset, experience in agile and traditional workflows, and the ability to work cross-functionally across disciplines.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, multiple-project environment

Responsible for coordinating CRM emails from initiation through planning, production, QA, deployment, and reporting

Maintain timelines, resourcing, budgets, and workback schedules

Collaborate closely with internal teams including creative, medical/regulatory, and development to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Act as primary contact for daily communication with clients and partners for project status and approvals

Proactively monitor work progress, flag risks, and remove blockers

Support sprint planning, agile ceremonies, and day-to-day campaign workflow for CRM-specific projects

Maintain program and project documentation including workflows, briefs, timelines, estimates, status trackers, and deployment logs Ensure all CRM work follows compliance and legal approvals, and is properly routed through tools such as Veeva, or client-specific systems

Partner with the broader PM team to identify resourcing gaps and collaborate on prioritization

Help foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in project management, with significant focus on CRM and digital marketing; agency or pharma experience strongly preferred.

Understanding of regulated approval environments in pharma/healthcare (FDA, Veeva PromoMats).

Working knowledge of deployment platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools

Understanding of email development workflows and best practices (HTML, Liquid, QA/testing, responsive design)

Experience working in agile, waterfall, and hybrid environments, including sprint and standup facilitation

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage without authority

Certification such as PMP, Six Sigma, etc is an asset

Additional InformationTransparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $100,000 - $110,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
