As a Principal Program Manager, you will play a key role connecting Lonza, our customers, and patients. You will lead complex, late-phaseand commercial programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as a trusted customer partner while driving operational excellence across a highly matrixed organization. This is a site-based role that enables close collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do

  • Lead complex customer programs from development through commercialization

  • Act as the primary interface between customers and Lonza across the program lifecycle

  • Drive cross-functional teams to deliver quality, timeline, and financial objectives

  • Manage program financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition

  • Ensure compliance with PPMCoEstandards andmaintainaccuratePlanview data

  • Proactivelyidentifyrisks, resolve issues, and escalate whenrequired

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including KPI tracking and continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred

  • Proven experience managing customer relationships and program financials

  • Experience in New Product Introduction, including transitioning products from clinical development through commercialization
