    Your role at Clorox:

    \The Customer Supply Chain Operations Lead is responsible for executing service, inventory, and operational performance across the order-to-cash cycle for assigned customers. The CSCM partners across Logistics, Sales, IBP, and Finance to identify risks, improve performance, and deliver reliable execution. Success in this role requires strong operational rigor, analytical capability, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve service and cost outcomes.

    In this role, you will:

    Order-to-Cash Execution Ownership

    • Own execution of customer supply chain performance across order-to-cash, including service, inventory, and compliance metrics.
    • Monitor KPIs including order fill, OTIF, inventory health, and on-shelf availability. Identify and escalate risks related to supply, service, and operational performance.
    • Ensure adherence to standard processes, controls, and customer requirements.

    Data-Driven Insights & Analytics

    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
    • Translate data into actionable insights to support decision making.
    • Support development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and scorecards. Use data to proactively highlight service risks and performance gaps.

    Operational Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

    • Lead root-cause problem solving for service failures, fines, and execution issues.
    • Execute action plans to close performance gaps.
    • Support implementation of scalable process improvements.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Customer teams to align on supply and demand execution.
    • Support forecasting, promotion planning, and portfolio changes with data and execution insights.
    • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day coordination.
    • Support joint business planning and execution activities.

    Project Execution & Capability Development

    • Lead or support defined projects to improve operational performance and efficiency.
    • Support testing and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.
    • Build expertise in customer supply chain requirements and Clorox operational processes.

    What Success Looks Like

    • Service, inventory, and compliance KPIs are consistently met or improving.
    • Risks are identified early with clear mitigation plans. Root causes are resolved with sustainable improvements.

    What we look for:

    • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations. Strong analytical capability and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute against KPIs.

    • Ability to operate with discipline and accountability.

    -Zone B: $83,400 - $155,900
