As the Learning Operations Associate at Master Electronics, you will support our learning and onboarding programs. You will ensure every Super Hero Launch (SHL) runs smoothly, learners have what they need, and onboarding is consistent. Your days vary: troubleshooting LMS issues, coordinating new hire logistics, updating dashboards, facilitating training, or partnering with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Safety, and IT.

This role works onsite at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. 

Pay Range: Starting at $24.00 an hour

What you will do?

Learning Operations & LMS Support

  • Administer the LMS: manage enrollments, assignments, course publishing, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain learning records, dashboards, compliance tracking, surveys, and documentation
  • Support onboarding cadence, required training delivery, learner communications, and recurring program logistics
  • Troubleshoot routine LMS, access, roster, assignment, and learner support issues; escalate as appropriate
  • Keep learning materials, templates, checklists, repositories, and version-controlled resources organized and current

Program & Workflow Support

  • Coordinate SHL logistics: room setup, materials, rosters, printing, safety checklists, and handouts
  • Facilitate SHL and structured learning sessions (with L&D approval), ensuring a consistent and engaging learner experience
  • Support day-of SHL execution: verify rooms and technology, welcome learners, capture surveys, and coordinate handoffs
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition on new hire rosters, timelines, language needs, and readiness
  • Document workflows, issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities for learning programs

Data & Reporting

  • Generate and validate reports on learning, onboarding, and LMS activity for L&D and cross-functional leaders
  • Organize feedback and survey data from SHL, new hires, managers, and 30/60/90-day check-ins
  • Maintain data accuracy across LMS records, attendance, rosters, completion data, survey files, and tracking tools
  • Support evaluation through data collection, analysis, and dashboard updates to demonstrate program impact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner across L&D, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Safety, IT, and other teams to support learning delivery and onboarding
  • Respond to support requests professionally, clearly, and promptly
  • Support manager onboarding tools, resources, buddy coordination, and feedback loops as assigned
  • Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining reliable execution and a positive learner experience
What you bring to the table!
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning support, HR operations, onboarding coordination, Talent Acquisition support, training administration, program coordination, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with attention to detail
  • Comfort with LMS tools, data systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft 365
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate learning sessions with L&D guidance and approved materials
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and maintain consistent service quality
