Job description

This position is initially 100% remote while on contract; however, candidates must be open to working a hybrid schedule upon conversion in one of the following office locations:

Details for the position are as follows:

  • Pay Rate: $19.05/hour
  • Assignment Length: 6 Months
  • Schedule: Remote during contract period; hybrid upon conversion
  • Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit business license applications, renewals, amendments, and closures.
  • Process approximately 50–100 filings per week, depending on complexity.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure timely completion of filing requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
  • Communicate updates to filing requirements and licensing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client and licensing issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service, client support, or administrative experience.
  • Strong experience with application processing, document management, and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
