Job description

Salary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end logistics operations. This role is responsible for strategic planning, transportation and warehousing management, cost control, and ensuring efficient delivery performance.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operations

  • Design and implement an optimal logistics network to support business growth.
  • Develop transportation and warehousing strategies that balance efficiency and cost.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes.

Storage & Transportation Management

  • Oversee warehousing, storage, packaging, loading, and unloading operations.
  • Coordinate transportation scheduling for finished goods and materials.
  • Ensure smooth and timely movement of goods across the supply chain.

Performance & Cost Monitoring

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce transportation and operational costs.

Supplier & Carrier Management

  • Evaluate, select, and manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
  • Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and freight rates.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Customs & Documentation

  • Manage customs declarations and import/export documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
  • Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective supplier negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
