Location: Greater Toronto Area Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $80,000 annually + incentives About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial property restoration projects related to insurance losses including water, fire, and other property damage claims. This role is highly field-based and requires strong leadership, customer service, project management, and operational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial site assessment through completion while ensuring exceptional client experience, project profitability, and timely delivery. A company vehicle, cellphone, benefits package, and growth opportunities are provided. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish Conduct on-site assessments and develop accurate sketch and scope packages Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal support teams Manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and profitability Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and industry partners Maintain accurate project documentation within job management systems Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and company procedures Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the project lifecycle Support overall sales and operational performance goals Lead project tea Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
