As part of theย Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

The team you're about to join consists of people that are motivated, young, and fun. On top of having multicultural backgrounds, people in the team are all top profiles: McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will help bring Fever Originals experiences to Canada by working across global and local teams. You will support the selection of experiences for the Canadian market, secure venues, oversee construction and production, and manage partner relationships. You'll own the success of a portfolio of Fever Originals experiences, driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and cross-functional execution from project confirmation through launch and beyond. You'll be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, achieve ambitious business goals, and create the foundation for future growth.

You will
  • Plan and launch events by supporting experience selection for the Canadian market, securing venues, and coordinating construction and production needs in tandem with the Production team
  • Own projects end to end-from project confirmation through construction, launch preparation, opening, and ongoing operations-driving timelines, deliverables, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment
  • Navigate ambiguity by defining priorities, creating structure, and driving decisions even when information is incomplete
  • Influence stakeholders across functions and external partners without direct authority to move projects forward and achieve business objectives
  • Make thoughtful trade-off decisions balancing customer experience, operational feasibility, and financial performance
  • Analyze and optimize performance, tracking KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and driving process improvements
  • Drive revenue growth by owning and managing P&Ls, monitoring sales, and ensuring events meet or exceed targets
  • Build and manage partnerships with venues, agencies, and event organizers, expanding Fever's local partner network
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Production, Marketing, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and User Support to deliver successful, scalable events
  • Represent Fever externally at launches, industry events, and with local media and PR
Preferred Qualifications

You have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, from planning through execution and reporting. You combine strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and drive results across parallel workstreams.

You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are equally comfortable analyzing data, identifying new opportunities, making decisions, or collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional experiences.ย You're detail-oriented yet strategic, able to anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and think bigger about how we grow and scale events across markets. This role requires operational rigor, commercial judgment, and creative problem-solving. You proactively identify risks before they become problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive them through to execution. Candidates should be passionate about live entertainment and events.

  • Professional Experience
    • 3-5 years in a project management role
    • Strong academic background with demonstrated ability to apply analytical and structured thinking
    • Experience in management consulting, project or partner management, or entrepreneurship, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Skills & Competencies
    • Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage large workloads, parallel workstreams and evolving priorities
    • Skilled at building and leveraging networks to create smart partnerships
    • Comfortable making informed decisions quickly, taking ownership, and iterating rather than waiting for perfect information
  • Mindset & Approach
    • Fast learner with a huge appetite for acquiring new skills
    • Resilient under pressure and able to lead critical launch periods with composure, adaptability, and a relentless focus on execution
    • Flexible and nimble, able to adapt to shifting priorities
    • Solution-focused, able to identify challenges and implement actionable plans
    • Curious and innovative, eager to push boundaries and test new ideas
    • Collaborative and hands-on, ready to contribute across all aspects of event delivery

You can expect to join a group of diverse, hardworking team players, where a cultural fit is someone humble, adaptable, and eager to learn. We welcome applications with unusual backgrounds with the expectation that the applicant will have acquired hard or soft skills and maturity throughout their experiences.
We are considering candidates for this position in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver, and requires a minimum of three in-office days per week.
