We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Polo Park Store Team as an Operations Supervisor.

THE DETAILS:

You'll be joining our store team in a full-time capacity

  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as required, providing leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Support daily store operations and provide ongoing guidance to the Stock Associate team and other store members
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to service parts requests, shipping dates, product availability, pricing, and product quality concerns
  • Assist with live customer support, including phone lines and live chat, investigating and resolving concerns in a timely manner
  • Complete weekly cycle counts accurately, including variance investigation and resolution
  • Receive and process incoming shipments in accordance with company procedures, while maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
  • Maintain inventory logs, including damages, reverse logistics, vendor credits, and AS IS inventory
  • Partner with the Visual Coordinator and store leadership to support pricing updates and operational readiness for floor sets
  • Support operational reporting, audit preparation, and completion of operational checklists
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests with store leadership as needed
  • Participate in Health & Safety inspections and support operational compliance within the store

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 1-3 years of retail operations, customer service, or inventory management experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Experience with inventory processes, including cycle counts and stock management
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Storis and SharePoint is considered an asset
  • High School diploma/GED required; post-secondary education in business, retail operations, or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs, and to stand and walk for extended periods of time
