Barefoot Grass is looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing and implementing a strategic plan to attract new customers and support our current ones. We provide high-end lawn care and horticultural services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a mind of invention and tenacity that can share our goals and get prospects excited to do business with Barefoot Grass . The marketing plan is directed toward acquiring new homeowners that want improve their property.

Salary Position:

Pay to be determined based on prior experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plan.
  • Possess an understanding and knowledge of our service lines and processes in order to answer questions and educate our sales force on the services we provide.
  • Recruit, hire and train outside door-to-door marketers.
  • Maintain and monitor website, Facebook, related social content and other digital advertising.
  • Work closely with outside sales reps to develop and follow trends in the market and competitor sales information.
  • Manage a marketing budget.
  • Contribute to overall initiatives to grow the business.

  • Strong computer skills (email, MS, Office).
  • Excellent people skills
  • Knowledge of marketing and promotions
