Job description

LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a growing consumer products organization in Indianapolis, to hire a Customer Experience Associate known for creating innovative, high-quality products and delivering a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests across email and other communication channels, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain up-to-date information within internal systems.
  • Review inventory availability and order details to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Manage a high volume of customer cases and support requests while maintaining service-level expectations.
  • Provide proactive order updates and resolve customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service, administrative, operations, internship, or support experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
