We are seeking a warm, proactive and service-driven Client Experience Specialist to join our team in our Huntsville, AL office. In this role, you'll create exceptional experiences for clients and employees alike-whether you're greeting visitors, keeping the office running smoothly, or supporting our team behind the scenes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Set the Standard for First Impressions

  • Warmly greet and welcome clients and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Bring Events to Life

  • Assist with office events including holiday parties, team gatherings, and other special occasions.
  • Arrange lunch and dinner reservations for client meetings, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled.

Keep the Office Running Smoothly

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment with well-stocked supplies and properly prepared meeting rooms.
  • Manage office inventory, fulfill supply orders, and complete employee maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with building management on HVAC, reservations, facility issues, and special events.

Support Our Team

  • Provide broad administrative support including answering phones, facilitating communications, and assisting with marketing events and project mailings.
