The F-35 Customer-Funded Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the dedicated focal point for Lockheed Martin F-35 component repair operations. The role is responsible for end-to-end order management, customer communication, and execution coordination, ensuring delivery performance aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations. This position is fully dedicated to Lockheed Martin F-35 work scope and includes specialized focus on program reporting, milestone tracking, and cross-site operational coordination.
You will be reporting to the Customer Professional manager in our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid Schedule. Training will be on-site full time Monday - Friday for the first 90 days.

Position Overview:
Customer Management: Primary interface for customer, manage inquiries, lead communication cadence.
Order Management: SAP order lifecycle, PO handling via Exostar, discrepancies resolution.
Program Coordination: Liaison across Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing; ensure ESD accuracy.
Reporting: Deliver status, forecast, and performance reports.
AOG/MICAP Support: Handle critical aircraft-on-ground situations.
Milestone Tracker: Ensure compliance with required data fields and reporting standards.
Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and standardization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED; 5+ years experience with SAP, customer portals, Excel, and integrated systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; customer-facing experience; repair & overhaul experience.
Key Competencies
Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivated.
Work Environment
Standard professional office environment; up to 10% international travel.
