Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes large datasets from connected vehicles, specifically focusing on in-car entertainment, navigation, connectivity, and user experience. The goal of the analysis is to identify software improvements that improve user satisfaction, optimize system performance, and drive engagement with digital services.
  • Analytics & Insight Generation: Analyze user interaction data from in-car infotainment systems (eg: touch screen usage, voice command effectiveness, media consumption) to identify trends and usability pain points
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Define, create, and maintain key performance indicators and dashboards to track the health and usage of infotainment features
  • Product Improvement: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations that improve the user experience
  • Data Collection: Work with product managers and engineers to determine and optimize the data collected form the infotainment system


Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and analytic platforms like Amplitude and Firebase
