Job Description:

The Customer Experience Administrator supports the Account Management team with daily client interaction, administrative coordination, and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality service throughout the account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Communicate with customers and drivers via phone and email to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Assist with onboarding new accounts and coordinating across internal departments
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and data tracking in Excel and internal systems
  • Help manage smaller client accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Assist with ongoing projects and process improvements as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer-facing or account support experience (noncall center)
  • Associate degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with basic Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
