ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Join a leading Rutland insurance agency serving the community since 1998. We're known for responsive service and strong customer relationships-check out our Google reviews to see what customers say.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Answer inbound calls/emails/texts and resolve policy questions with empathy and accuracy
  • Process policy changes and respond to billing questions
  • Support claims reporting and follow up to ensure timely communication
  • Document every interaction in our agency management/CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to improve coverage and connect customers with a licensed producer when appropriate
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • 0-1 year customer service experience (insurance preferred, not required)
  • Strong phone presence, clear writing skills, and high attention to detail
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance license(s). (We'll support training)
