About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Development - Club Store to join our team. As a Senior Manager, Customer Development - Club Store, you will be accountable for driving profitable growth within the Costco business through strategic account development, cross-functional leadership, and customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution of key business initiatives.
This role requires regular travel to support customer meetings, internal business reviews, and industry events.
Compensation
Salary Range: $108,000 - $145,000
Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing)
  • Support the development and execution of the Costco account strategy to drive business objectives and customer growth.
  • Lead day-to-day customer account management, ensuring responsive service and effective issue resolution.
  • Own the Costco opportunity pipeline, managing projects, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Drive customer communication through business updates, progress reviews, and proactive opportunity identification.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver customer commitments and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and develop profitable growth opportunities within Costco Business Centers and other strategic channels.
  • Analyze business performance, customer trends, and market data to inform decision-making and prioritization.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer development, account management, sales, category management, or related commercial functions.
  • Experience managing large retail, foodservice, or consumer packaged goods customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing customer, category, and financial data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, internal business reviews, and industry events.
