Hultafors Group North America is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Development Specialist to strengthen customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.   This role serves as a key connection point between customers and our Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Management, Quality, and Operations teams. 


The Inside Sales & Customer Development Specialist is responsible for strengthening customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across Hultafors Group North America brands. This role works closely with Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Management, Quality, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. 


Responsibilities include proactive customer outreach, account development, dealer activation, product support, CRM administration, customer analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. 


The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and skilled at turning customer insights into business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales growth and customer development initiatives. 
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems required; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer data, identify opportunities, and manage multiple priorities. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
