  • Shift: Full Time, 7am start

Position responsibilities: 

  • The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of motor vehicles and equipment

  • This role will manage key operating performance indicators including offload rates as well as managing performance to budget and meeting financial goals

  • You will establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing oversight to route planning to meet customer needs 

  • This role will also need to partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement

  • The Delivery Manager will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety

  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

RequiredEducation and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience  

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master's Degree
