Now Hiring: Deductions Analyst III – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
We are hiring an experienced Deductions Analyst III for a hybrid contract opportunity in Atlanta, GA.
Position Details:
Job Title: Deductions Analyst III
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay Rate: $27/hr on W2
Duration: Contract through February 2028
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday–Thursday
Experience: 5–6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily research, investigation, communication, and resolution of customer deductions.
Analyze deductions and prepare support for credit and debit memos.
Handle transactions that fall outside agreed-upon customer terms.
Reconcile invoices, customer accounts, and payment discrepancies.
Identify root causes and develop solutions to reduce recurring deductions.
Work with customers and internal teams to resolve deduction issues.
Attend meetings and customer discussions related to deduction resolution.
Take proactive steps to minimize write-offs.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
5–6 years of experience in deductions, accounts receivable, cash applications, customer claims, or related finance functions.
Strong experience with invoice and account reconciliation.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Candidate must provide their own laptop for this engagement.
