The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in customer data domains, strong product ownership skills, and hands-on experience building or scaling Customer 360 solutions, including entity resolution, data modeling, and governance frameworks.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for the enterprise Customer Data Platform

  • Prioritize features based on value creation, data impact, and stakeholder demand
  • Explore and analyze customer data models across multiple source systems (CRM, Data Lake,  etc.)

  • Drive alignment across systems to reduce fragmentation and duplication
  • Define and evolve strategies for customer identity resolution across systems
  • Establish and enforce enterprise data governance frameworks for customer data

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across systems
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Align across Sales, Marketing, Digital, Analytics, and IT functions
  • Define and track KPIs (data quality, adoption, business impact)

Who You Are:

You introduce new ways of looking at problems.  You partner with others to get work done.  You are confident under pressure.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or Business Product roles
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Strong experience with customer data domains (accounts, contacts, hierarchies, interactions, etc.)
  • Proven experience building or scaling Customer 360 / Customer Data Platform initiatives
  • Experience working across multiple systems and data platforms (e.g., CRM, MDM, data lake/warehouse)
  • Deep understanding of entity resolution, identity matching, and data modeling concepts
  • Experience translating business needs into data and system requirements
  • Only U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 22 CFR §120) may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with enterprise data governance frameworks and MDM concepts
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, Snowflake, or CDP tools
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments across multiple teams
