Position: Manufacturing Process Associate - Weekend Shift

Shift: Weekend Night Shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - From 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM
Summary:
As a Manufacturing Operator / Manufacturing Process Associate at the client, you will contribute to meaningful work that impacts healthcare, environmental safety, and food protection.
This role involves manufacturing, assembling, and packaging BioProcess Containers in a cleanroom environment while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with a strong focus on quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Manually assemble tubing and connectors used in the medical industry
Manufacture bags according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and product blueprints
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to meet customer requirements
Perform visual inspections on in-process and finished products and escalate issues when necessary
Accurately complete and maintain documentation in compliance with GMP requirements
Operate equipment and handle materials as required for production
Promote and support a culture of safety and quality
Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Participate in Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives
Required Skills

High School Diploma or GED
Previous manufacturing or production experience
