Bathroom Design Consultant (Outside Sales)

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $125,000-$300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)What You'll Do
  • Run two pre-qualified appointments per day (approximately 10 per week)
  • Conduct in-home consultations and assess customers' remodeling needs
  • Build rapport with homeowners and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions
  • Guide customers through the sales process and set clear expectations
  • Close sales while providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Attend two in-person sales meetings each month
  • Support team success while maintaining high professional standards
What We're Looking For
  • Two or more years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
  • Experience in bathroom remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
  • Professional appearance with a customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable using iPads, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Google Drive
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Five days per week
  • Available to work at least three Saturdays per month
  • Appointment times vary based on customer availability
