Wholesale Printing company located in Mandeville, Louisiana is hiring for a full-time CSR - Customer Service Representative. Monday - Friday. 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Below is an outline of the positions responsibilities. Backup Customer Service Manager

Answer incoming calls, general inquiries and answer product issues.

Create estimates, orders, shipping quotes, and service questions in a timely manner.

Save art to folders and send to pre-press.

Handle any and all customer service needs and request.

Maintain a professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport.

Update Customer information in the customer service database, when needed.

Impact the companyโ€™s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.

Assist with walk-in clients with pick-up orders.

Assist Sales Representatives with orders, estimates and promotional materials when requested.

Close job tickets and send final invoices to customers who are on terms.

Filing and organizing hard and electronic copies of customer orders and other various files.

Communicate with customers on behalf of pre-press and/or production.

Website monitor and administration.

General office administration.

Maintain cleanliness of office, take out trash.

Communicate problems or issues to management.

Assist with QC / Color Management.

Coordinate art proofs to Pre-Press.

Must be punctual and highly dependable.
