Quick Lane Customer Assistant

Starting pay is $3000 a month plus opportunity to earn commissions.

Rhinelander Auto Group is a full-service Chevy, GMC, Cadillac, and Toyota dealership serving the Northwoods area. We are committed to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive workplace with opportunities for growth and advancement.

We are currently hiring a Quick Lane Customer Assistant to help deliver a fast, friendly, and professional experience for our service customers. No automotive experience? No problem โ€” paid training is provided!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee flow ofย  Quick Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

ยท Valid driverโ€™s license with good driving record
