Job description

Salary Range: $62,000 - $72,000 DOE including bonus opportunity

As the National Accounts Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact and brand ambassador for our most prestigious hospitality clients, including Major Cruise Lines, Gaming/Casinos, Global Hotel Chains, property management groups and Hospitality Agents. Your mission is to build such a high level of trust and reputation that when a facility needs new cleaning technology or supplies, you are their first call. You will act as the vital link between the client's needs and our National Account Managers and Business Development Managers, ensuring that every lead is promptly and thoroughly responded to. This is not a cold-calling sales role. It is a Relationship Management powerhouse position. You are the face of the company for some of the biggest names in global travel and leisure, playing a critical role in our national growth strategy.

This is how you WOW:

  • Serve as the dedicated "concierge" for hospitality accounts and their individual properties, maintaining client files and updating CRM systems.
  • Receive incoming requests for new cleaning materials or machinery, recommending the best Karcher solution for the cleaning need.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the unique requirements for cruise ship turnarounds, 24/7 casino environments, and high-traffic hotels.
  • Assist Sales Managers by preparing account briefings, ensuring they have the necessary background info on a property before arriving for a demo.
  • Drive business within National and Key Accounts to help achieve the $32m AOP target for Hospitality by making outbound calls to generate revenue.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a customer-facing hospitality environment.
  • High-level "white glove" service skills, with the ability to speak the language of hotel GMs and procurement officers.
  • Proficiency in SAP (or a similar ERP), which is essential for maintaining complex account hierarchies.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (High School Diploma accepted with 5+ years of relevant experience).
