Job description

The Accounts Coordinator position at PEST PRO is a part-time, on-site role based in Milford, DE with full-time opportunity. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, including setting up new accounts, updating existing records, and scheduling services. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules with operations staff, and maintaining clear communication between customers and internal teams. The Accounts Coordinator monitors account activity and helps resolve service-related issues in a timely manner. This role supports administrative operations and contributes to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
