Job description

Bay Custom Auto, a large and rapidly expanding collision center in Newport News, has an immediate opening. We are seeking a strongly motivated person to join our team as a Painter Helper/Prepper.  This is an excellent entry level position for someone looking to gain a foot in the door of the automotive industry. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidates for the position. Painter Helper/Prepper must have an eye for detail and be quality focused. As a Painter Helper/Prepper you will help the painters prepare the vehicles for the paint and refinish processes.
