Industrial Painter | North Logan, UT

Nexeo HR is hiring a Painter II to support the Paint Department for a leading manufacturing facility. This role works in the paint shop preparing materials, masking components, and applying high-quality finishes to steel, aluminum, and fiberglass parts. Candidates should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Preference is given to those with at least one year of automotive, industrial, collision repair, or custom paint experience.


Responsibilities

• Prep surfaces and materials for painting

• Mask steel, aluminum, and fiberglass parts (precision masking preferred)

• Apply primers, sealers, single-stage coatings, and base/clear systems

• Work in a paint booth and shop environment while using proper safety equipment

• Set up, operate, clean, and maintain paint equipment and booths

• Perform basic bodywork and minor repairs on fiberglass and steel

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Maintain good vision and hand–eye coordination

• Work cooperatively within a team environment

• Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum one year of experience in collision repair, custom work, or industrial painting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance

• Experience working with steel, aluminum, and fiberglass components

• Proficiency in masking required


Pay

$21.00–$25.00 per hour


Schedule

5:00 AM–3:30 PM | Monday–Thursday | Every other Friday off
