Job Summary: 
We are looking for a residential Painter / Finisher to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a high-end residential setting. We provide the highest quality paint applications to our clients. 
We would prefer an experienced residential  painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must! 
Experience would be great, but is not mandatory. If you are looking to thoroughly learn a new trade, or master you current one, this is the place for you. We work with a multitude of paint applications, plaster, wallpaper, and liquid metal. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques
  • Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed 
  • Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects 
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary
  • Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties
  • Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks
  • Inspect paint jobs for quality
  • Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment
Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in residential painting would be preferred, but is not a must.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
