Job description

We’re looking for a skilled Automotive & Marine Upholsterer/Trimmer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands fit-and-finish standards, and enjoys working on a wide range of custom and restoration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform upholstery and trim work on cars, trucks, motorcycles, and marine vessels

  • Cut, sew, pattern, and install leather, vinyl, and marine‐grade materials

  • Restore and fabricate seats, panels, cushions, and custom interior components

  • Work with foam shaping, adhesives, and specialty tools

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‐focused workspace

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in automotive or marine upholstery/trimming

  • Strong sewing, pattern-making, and installation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet quality standards

  • Experience with custom fabrication or multi‐discipline shop work is a plus
