Position Summary
VOGO Cabinets is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Operations & Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing, receiving, inventory coordination, and operational systems within our manufacturing facility.
This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys learning new systems, staying organized, improving processes, and helping operations run efficiently. You will work closely with leadership, production, vendors, and accounting while gaining hands-on experience in purchasing, manufacturing operations, ERP systems, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Inventory Coordination
  • Manage daily purchasing activities for materials, hardware, supplies, and equipment
  • Submit purchase orders and track vendor lead times and deliveries
  • Coordinate with production teams to help ensure materials are available for scheduled work
  • Maintain purchasing records, supplier information, and inventory data
  • Track incoming shipments and verify deliveries for accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with inventory organization and inventory tracking processes
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
ERP & Operational Support
  • Learn and become proficient in the companys ERP system and operational software
  • Input vendor invoices and purchasing information accurately
  • Work with accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with operational coordination and administrative support tasks
  • Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
  • Strong computer and technology skills
