Experienced residential on-site construction project manager

Job Summary

As a Project Manager you will manage medium to large-scale custom home construction, remodeling, and/or renovation projects ranging from $3,000,000 to $10,000,000 in the Austin and Hill Country areas. Management duties include estimating and budget oversight, trade scheduling and coordination, managing inspections, leading construction/design team meetings with trades, architects, designers, and homeowners, and client relationship management. Duties may also include participating in company team strategy and management meetings.

Required Experiences:

  • Minimum 5 yrs. Experience in high end custom home building and remodeling/renovation with verifiable references
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
  • Must have field experience as a tradesman, carpenter, etc.
  • Job costing and tracking experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) or other project management software (Procore or equivalent)
  • Extremely proactive with a strong bias for action, self-driven to find effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment
