Senior-Level Position

About the Role

We are a high-end luxury custom home builder operating throughout South Florida, delivering exceptional residences in Miami's most prestigious neighborhoods. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent who thrives in a demanding, detail-oriented environment and takes personal pride in the quality of every square foot they oversee.

This is a field leadership role. You will own the day-to-day construction of multi-million-dollar custom homes from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy, serving as the face of our company on every job site.

What You'll Do
  • Manage all on-site construction activities for one or more luxury custom homes simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners, holding everyone accountable to our elevated expectations.
  • Conduct daily site walks, document progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, maintaining a professional, white-glove communication standard.
  • Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure full OSHA compliance across all active job sites.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and design team on RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scope adjustments.
  • Protect high-end finishes-including millwork, stone, and specialty materials-through meticulous sequencing and trade coordination.
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout to ensure flawless delivery during client walkthroughs.
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of construction experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent on luxury residential projects valued at $3M+.
  • Deep knowledge of all construction trades, high-end finishes, and the sequencing required to protect them.
  • Proven track record managing custom home projects in South Florida; familiarity with Miami-Dade and Broward permitting processes strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software.
  • Strong leadership presence-calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to be on-site daily.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
