A growing luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end custom home projects throughout the Dallas market. Known for its focus on craftsmanship, client collaboration, and attention to detail, this team delivers distinctive homes tailored to each client's vision and lifestyle. 

This is an opportunity to join a builder that prioritizes quality, communication, and an exceptional client experience from preconstruction through final delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Manage custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
  • Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Review plans, specifications, and project scopes for accuracy
  • Monitor costs, approve change orders, and track project financials
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedule milestones, and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the construction process
