As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

The Residential Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual serves as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with CKC's standards of excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems before they impact the project.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
  • Manage multiple luxury residential construction projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Monitor construction progress and identify potential delays
  • Coordinate trade partners, vendors, and suppliers
  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Review project budgets, allowances, and change orders
Client Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the building process
  • Provide regular project updates and maintain proactive communication
  • Conduct client walkthroughs and project meetings
  • Address client concerns professionally and promptly

Construction Coordination
