Shop Foreman AND Diagnostic Tech

KC Auto Clinic is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman AND Diagnostic Tech for our growing auto repair shops.

Duties:

We are seeking a qualified Shop Foreman | Diagnostic Tech to join our team. You will be expected to maintain the highest level of automotive repair skills, knowledge, and skills. You must be able to diagnose and repair vehicles of all makes and models as well as perform preventative maintenance.

  • Diagnose all levels of mechanical and electrical issues, complete repairs as needed.
  • Manage shop flow, assign work to tech based on skill level.
  • Develop and train your team!

Schedule:

Flexible Hours / Full Time / No Weekends!!!

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience diagnostic experience
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • In-depth knowledge of classic car mechanics, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, fuel systems, suspension/frame swaps, electrical systems, HVAC systems
  • General knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, replacement, repair/restoration, and modification of new OEM and used components
  • Comfort with custom modifications, brake system upgrades, complete rewiring, engine/transmission rebuild, engine performance upgrade, EFI swaps, AC add-ons, and more
