What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple commercial projects while serving as the key liaison between clients, architects, contractors, fabrication teams, vendors, and field operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, contracts, submittals, and shop drawings
  • Developing project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and manpower forecasts
  • Coordinating engineering, drafting, fabrication, purchasing, and installation activities
  • Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing RFIs, change orders, procurement activities, and project documentation
  • Monitoring fabrication schedules, material deliveries, and installation sequencing
  • Driving projects to successful completion while maintaining quality, schedule, and profitability goals
  • Mentoring junior project management staff and helping build a high-performing team
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience within architectural metals, glazing, curtain wall, storefront systems, or commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes and field installation methods
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and construction specifications
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and project financial management
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools
