Role Description This is a sub contracted, on-site role based in Los Angeles County for Window Blind & Curtain Installers. The installer will measure windows and openings, pickup the blinds, and do the installation. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing blinds, curtains, and other window treatments, ensuring accurate fit, secure mounting, and a clean, professional finish. The role involves using hand and power tools safely, troubleshooting installation issues, and making minor adjustments or repairs as needed. Installers will also interact directly with customers, provide basic product guidance, and maintain a tidy work area at each job site. You must have your own tools, ladder, and vehicle to go to each job site.

Qualifications

  • Ability to accurately measure windows, interpret installation instructions, and follow detailed specifications.
  • Skill in using common hand and power tools for mounting, drilling, and assembling window treatment hardware.
  • Experience or aptitude in basic carpentry, home improvement, or related trades such as construction or maintenance but not required
  • Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, professionalism on-site, and respect for client property.
  • Capacity to lift and carry materials, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks safely throughout the workday.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle unique window layouts and resolve installation challenges.
  • Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Los Angeles County and ability to work a consistent full-time schedule.
  • Prior experience installing blinds, curtains, or roller shades required.
