Job Summary
ZOLL Medical Corporation, a global leader in medical device innovation within Cardiac Management Solutions (CMS), is seeking a highly strategic and innovative Curriculum Development & Data Platforms Manager. This role will lead the transformation of sales training by integrating advanced curriculum design with cutting-edge AI, digital learning platforms, and data-driven insights. The leader will own the end-to-end development of modern, scalable, and clinically rigorous learning programs that drive commercial effectiveness and patient impact. This individual will partner across sales leadership, marketing, and field organizations to reimagine how training is designed, delivered, and measured across the enterprise.
Essential Functions

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous modernization of all CMS sales training curriculum across onboarding, advanced development, and leadership programs
  • Architect and deploy scalable digital learning ecosystems, including LMS platforms, virtual delivery models, and AI-driven learning tools
  • Integrate artificial intelligence to personalize learning pathways, enhance coaching effectiveness, and drive predictive performance insights
  • Develop data platforms and dashboards that connect training initiatives to field execution, adoption, and business performance
  • Establish standardized curriculum frameworks grounded in adult learning principles, behavioral change theory, and competency-based development
  • Partner with field leadership to identify capability gaps and develop targeted programs to elevate clinical expertise and business acumen
  • Lead transformation of existing training content into modern, interactive, and digitally enabled learning experiences
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment with product strategy, clinical evidence, and market dynamics
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and digital learning trends to keep ZOLL at the forefront of medical device training innovation
  • Support and enhance national and regional sales meeting content through innovative curriculum design and delivery strategies

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI or advanced digital technologies into training or enablement functions.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
  • Experience building scalable learning platforms and leveraging data to drive insights.

The annual salary for this position is:

$140,000.00 to $180,000.00

This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan. Factors which may affect starting salary include geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
