Vetta Racquet Sports is seeking passionate and skilled Tennis Instructors to join our dynamic team. As a Racquet Sports Professional, you'll be responsible for conducting high-quality lessons and clinics for all your players. Your primary goal will be to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by providing a fun and energetic experience while always maintaining player safety.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Lessons & Clinics: Lead engaging and effective individual and group lessons, as well as clinics, for players of all ages and skill levels in tennis.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service: Provide an exceptional experience for all participants, focusing on their enjoyment, skill development, and overall satisfaction.
  • Create Fun & Energetic Environment: Bring enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every session, making lessons enjoyable and motivating for all players.
  • Maintain Player Safety: Consistently prioritize and enforce safety protocols on the courts, ensuring a secure environment for all participants.
  • Skill Development: Teach fundamental and advanced techniques, strategies, and rules of tennis, tailoring instruction to individual and group needs.
  • Curriculum Development (as needed): Contribute to or follow established curricula for various programs and clinics.
  • Promote Programs: Help promote Vetta Racquet Sports' programs, encouraging participation and retention.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing Vetta Sports positively.
  • Court Management: Assist with court preparation and breakdown as needed, ensuring equipment is ready and courts are clean.

Qualifications:
  • Instructional Experience: Proven experience in both youth and adult instruction for tennis.
  • Racquet Sports Knowledge: Strong playing ability and comprehensive knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of tennis.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and motivate diverse groups.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and patient demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability.
