Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging security awareness training content including e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, training presentations, system simulations, quick reference guides, and multimedia learning experiences.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, adult learning theories, design thinking, UX principles, and creative storytelling techniques to create effective learning solutions.
  • Develop interactive e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and gamified learning experiences using modern instructional technologies.
  • Create storyboards, scripts, job aids, user guides, and other supporting training documentation.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and cross-functional teams to develop accurate, relevant, and actionable training content aligned with evolving security threats and organizational needs.
  • Utilize knowledge of human behavior, social science, cybersecurity fundamentals, and organizational culture to identify training gaps and proactively address user-related security risks.
  • Integrate gamification elements such as rewards, leaderboards, and interactive challenges to improve employee engagement and participation.
  • Ensure all training materials align with CLIENT branding, accessibility, and usability standards.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of awareness and training programs using metrics and data analysis to continuously improve learning outcomes and reduce human risk.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling narratives and influence behavioral change through effective storytelling.
