Job Description Job Title: Affiliate Manager Location: Remote in Dallas, TX Role Description Seeking a dedicated and motivated individual who can manage, provide for, and grow our current publisher base. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for our publishers, as well as proactively engaging with publishers to increase their revenues. Responsibilities The Affiliate Manager is the main point of contact for the assigned publishers, and will be responsible for overall client satisfaction, resulting in publisher retention and organic growth. This includes building relationships, identifying individual requirements, and ensuring that each publisher can attain their revenue potential. The Affiliate Manager should proactively engage with publishers to recommend campaigns and strategies based on an individual's strengths and goals. The Affiliate Manager should answer support inquiries promptly and completely. The AM should be able to attend to important emails during off-hours (evenings and weekends). Qualifications This position requires experience working in the affiliate marketing industry. If possible it would be great to have someone already familiar with working remotely but not a requirement. Experience in customer service or account management is a plus. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to multi-task without missing details. Ability to individually set daily goals and achieve them efficiently without detailed guidance from senior management. Compensation Salary range is $45,000-$55,000/yr.
