CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client success professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness clients. The Director of Client Relationships is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to retention and growth.

  • Evaluate and Refine all Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally
  • Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
  • Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations, Both Current and Prospective Clients

  • Seven (7) or More Years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt., Health Technology, etc.)
  • Stable Employment History
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
