Their responsibilities include mixing batters, baking cupcakes, preparing frostings, decorating finished products, and sometimes managing orders for events or retail sales. Cupcake bakers must pay close attention to detail, maintain high standards of hygiene, and often experiment with new recipes. They may work in bakeries, cafes, or run their own businesses. Creativity and organization are key skills for success in this role.
