At Analogic, we don’t just build technology, we help keep millions of travelers safe every day. As a global leader in advanced security screening solutions, our high-speed CT Explosive Detection Systems set the standard for aviation safety worldwide.

With a culture rooted in engineering excellence and innovation—backed by 200+ patents in recent years—we are shaping the future of airport security. Join a team that is developing next-generation screening systems while supporting a mission-critical global footprint.

We’re looking for a Software Program Manager who is passionate about delivering complex, high-impact solutions—and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll lead software projects from concept through deployment—driving innovation across both security and medical technology domains.

Lead with Purpose

  • Own the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning and development to deployment and post-launch support
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs
  • Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track

Drive Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Coordinate resources and ensure teams are set up for success
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance

Communicate with Impact

  • Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, milestones, and risks
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights

Deliver Excellence

  • Champion best practices in Agile development, quality, and project management
  • Ensure security and information assurance are built into solutions from day one
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies

Measure & Improve

  • Track KPIs to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
  • Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize future outcomes

What You Bring

Experience & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or project/program management
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional software projects from concept to launch
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern SDLC practices
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53)

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Strong technical foundation and ability to engage with engineering teams
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred)

Why Join Analogic?

  • Mission-driven work that directly impacts global safety
  • Cutting-edge technology at the forefront of aviation security
  • Collaborative culture built on innovation and respect
  • Opportunities to grow, lead, and make a meaningful difference
