You'll be the strategic force behind social-first approaches that transform ice cream brands into cultural conversation starters. Working at the intersection of cultural trends, audience insights, and brand objectives, you'll craft strategies that resonate deeply with American consumers while driving measurable business impact. We're looking for someone who can identify emerging cultural currents and translate them into actionable creative direction, finding innovative approaches that elevate our brands beyond traditional category boundaries. Success means developing strategies that not only drive engagement and sales but position our ice cream brands as genuine cultural icons in the US market
What you will be doing:
  • Develop strategies that deliver maximum cultural impact
  • Ensure strategies deliver maximum commercial impact
  • Integrate influencers and creators as core elements of the approach
  • Use Gen AI to accelerate and augment the strategy development process
  • Brief creatives, creators, and social teams with clarity and inspiration
  • Bring to life audiences and cultural trends in an insightful, relevant, and inspiring way
  • Guide creative development to ensure work resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand integrity
  • Work with our Cultural Insight Analyst to surface fresh insights for our strategies
  • Ensure all thinking is data-backed and strategically sound
  • Unpack the latest audience and social trends for our teams and clients
  • Identify emerging cultural moments relevant to ice cream brands
  • Guide the analysis of campaigns and always-on activity to extract relevant learnings
  • Proactively monitor competition and muse brands to draw applicable insights
  • Develop strong relationships with client insight teams to maximize value from their data

What you need to be great in this role:

  • You're a strong presenter, a natural collaborator, and the kind of person who makes clients feel both inspired and understood.
  • Strong experience building social strategies, including influencer/creator integration
  • Proven ability to identify audience insights and analyze social trends
