Culinary Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):ย 
  • Manage a cohesive work culture between FOH, BOH and management teamย 
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely basisย 
  • Manage compliance with all Health and fire regulations: ย 
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, ticket times, plate presentations, sanitation and proper training of employeesย
